Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin typically found in liver, egg yolk, cereals, legumes and nuts. Biotin is essential for normal skin and hair growth, lipid metabolism and energy production (ATP).* Alcohol consumption decreases biotin status in the body.*

Suggested Usage
