Proserum® is derived from cows that are grass-fed year-round on natural pastures that are pesticide and chemical-free. It is hormone-treatment-free and GMO-free. Jarrow Formulas ® Grass Fed Whey Protein comes from South Australian cows. Australia is a temperate climate zone, which allows the dairy cows to roam the open pastures.
The whey is minimally processed using a proprietary filtration method and low temperature drying to preserve immune supporting protein structures and whey microfractions.
Jarrow Formulas ® Grass Fed Whey Protein is rich in essential amino acids (8.9 g per serving).
Mix 1 leveled scoop (24 g) with 6 to 8 oz. of cold fluid in shaker bottle, or in a blender at low speed for a brief amount of time.
