I have been using this product for 10+ years. The only issue I ever had with ordering was the last time I place an order on a Wednesday and Fed Ex failed to deliver the product until Monday, so much for 2 day shipping. When I received the product the ice packs were melted and the bottles were warm and Jarrow stated this was acceptable.

This product helped me alleviate a major Candida breakout. And it is derived with ice packs to keep the probiotics alive. Why stores do not shelve it in a refrigerated area is beyond my comprehension. Buying directly from Jarrow is the most sensible way to get it.
