Pretty Good
Overall it’s been good! I’ve been able to have a more regular bowl movement. However, I gave it 4/5 stars because I’m still bloating a lot. I would purchase again.

Excellent probiotic!
Great, I'm on my 3rd box. I got a C. difficile infection in my bowel from taking 2 rounds of antibiotics. I was so sick! I have been using this to get my gut back in good shape along with the Prebiotic Powder Jarrow sells.
